Hi! I’m Steve Colley, or “scolley” as I’m known on a some aquatic forums. If you’ve seen this chimp in a forum, that was me.

I LOVE the aquatic plant hobby! I’ve only been involved with freshwater plants for a few years. But I’ve read virtually everything I can get my hands on, and learned a lot from aquatic forums. They are wonderful communities, so I’ve provided links to some great ones.

I’ve set up this website up to provide easily accessible, useful information for the aquatic plant hobbyist. Here in my own blog I can post about what I truly feel to be correct - not wasting your time going over the 2001 possible ways to do things. I’ll stick to what I can confirm to be true - things that I know works for me. I’ll also post about those things that I fail at too.
